So above mentioned information clearly points towards the fact that peanuts are extremely nutritious. Addition to this, it can be considered as a healthy snack and help you in weight loss.

But thing to keep in mind is if you are on a weight loss programme just try to avoid peanut butter. Several other peanut preparations are available commercially that have processed fat and additives in them. Just avoid them, instead raw peanuts roasted at home without oil will be a better alternative.
