Know how eating early dinner will help you to lose fat and body weight !

Conventional claims and wisdom state that calorie is a calorie no matter when you eat it. And the main cause of weight gain is eating more calories. But recent studies find that eating a late dinner can cause weight gain and high blood sugar levels.

So this makes people wonder on whom to trust. Here we are trying to put forward some of the scientific researches and studies. That will provide you facts whether early dinner will help you to loose fat and body weight.

• Eating late and it’s linked with weight gain.

Eating late dinner is associated with weight gain and high blood pressure levels. No matter what is the mean is. This is a study that was published in Endocrine Society’s Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism.

Several human trials and researches reveal the fact that eating late dinner is associated with obesity and other health issues.

Health experts study 20 healthy volunteers to find out how their bodies metabolise dinner at 10:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM. However all the participants were on their sleep beds on same time i.e. at 11 PM.

The final results reveal that blood sugar levels were higher and the amount of fat burn was quite low. On people who ate same meal after 10:00 PM. The final report states that late eaters had peak blood sugar levels that are almost 20% higher and 10% lower fat burning rate.

However, the one of the most surprising fact was that this study do not fits everyone. Different persons react in different way to the late dinner as well as early dinner.

According to health experts people who generally sleep late night at 2AM or around, they are the exceptions in late dinner eaters. They are seemed to be unaffected by the change in their meal timings.

• Recommendations.

Doctors and health experts recommend having a small, high protein snack at late afternoon. If you have a previous information that, you will be late for your dinner. And then if you take late dinner just add a small salad with grilled chicken, sandwich, fruits and something like vegetable soups or low fat milk.

If you feel this inconvenient, having the dinner at 6:00 PM. Then it is advisable that you should have your dinner between 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It will neither be considered as late nor early dinner.
