As high doses of vitamin C appears to be promising for COVID-19 treatment. It gives people a chance to wonder whether if they should add vitamin C supplements in their lifestyle.

But the thing is, there is no requirement of adding vitamin C supplements. Instead one can opt for several natural reservoirs of vitamin C. Fruits, vegetables, mainly citrus, fruits are high in vitamin see content.
