2. During this pattern of diet, one may feel very restrictive. Because there are lists of several food items you should eat and others to avoid. Holistic form of diet majorly consist of plant foods sources.
Does if you are a non vegetarian you have to make certain changes in your diet.
3. Mostly holistic form of diet is subjective. Does one have to take proper advice from expert according to his body type and need. It will not be beneficial if one follows it on the basis of experience of somebody else.
