According to a new study of 2012 that was published in medicine and Science in Sports and Exercises. Revealed that 35 women walked on a treadmill for 45 minutes in morning. After that, researchers measured women brain waves and they viewed photos somewhat like flowers. A week later, this process was repeated without any morning exercise. Researchers and experts found that woman brain had a stronger response to food photos.

During that study, participants completed a round of eight hours day of prolonged sitting. They were divided into two groups, with and without morning workout. It was found that days with morning exercises were associated with better cognition throughout the day.
