Another habit to include in your day is to avoid snacking midnight.

Establish a time when you will stop eating.

It is believed by many that not eating after 7 p.m. is very beneficial.

Trying brushing your teeth after your last meal. It helps in curbing the urge to eat.

Eat everything but in small and trim proportions. Avoid eating a lot in quantity. Focus on the quality rather than the quantity.
