Apple cider vinegar slows down diarrhoea, which helps keep you full for longer and can reduce overeating.

However, it should be noted that drinking acidic beverages such as apple cider vinegar can damage teeth, which is why it should be eaten lightly and regularly followed by water cleansing.

High protein drinks

High-protein drinks can reduce hunger, reduce appetite and promote fullness, which is important when trying to lose a lot of pounds.

There are plenty of protein powders available for consumers who are preparing a simple, healthy or airy diet.

A study of 90 obese adults found that those who ate 56 grams of whey protein daily for 23 weeks lost 5 pounds (2.3 kg) of fat than the effect group did not consume whey protein but an equal amount of calories.
